You remember I had packed some pieces for applique???
I did get some time to work on these, when I returned to my hotel room...all basted!
I do need a lot more as I think I am going to make a large quilt. I had decided that this project ( Orange Peel) would be a traveling project with no end date in mind. I am using all Kansas Troubles.... I will be bringing this project on my vacation which is soon approaching... A Bus Tour which should allow me to sew for a bit as we travel from one state to the other.
Counting the days....

ReplyDeleteJoan, make sure you bring some cool clothes for New Orleans in July. Louisiana is hot and humid in the summer. Think cotton and light-weight. Definitely try the coffee and beinets at Coffee Call in the French Quarters. Love New Orleans!
