I love this pattern from Karen Neary which you can purchase here I want to make this again because I think I will make my placemats a little smaller. I did not measure my table before so now I know it is a bit small for this set.
Beautiful work, Joan - love the quilting on the mats! Sorry to learn the mats are too large for your table. An easy solution would be to remove the binding from the top edge of the mats,trim 1/2" off the curved edge, then reapply the binding. The only one who would know the difference would be you (and your 3 million blog readers, of course! :)) Karen

ReplyDeleteI don't have a round table but that surely is a good set of placemats and the center mat looks like it was a doozy to piece. All looks good together.
