Back on a routine and schedules

I mentioned how it is great to have a routine again and I find it particularly exciting to plan new sewing projects.

As my previous routing went, every Sunday I go to my sewing room and decide on what projects I plan to work on during the week.

If I have enough time that day I prepare all the projects and then I get to sew when I have a few minutes on my hand.

So last Sunday I prepared the projects for this week ..

#1 Stippling of another place mat from the Mystery BOM from Fat Quarters.

#2 ... my star blocks in the Garden Party

I make two in the same fabric

#3 .. A This and That table topper
In the "Warm Memories" by Kansas Troubles.

and #4 I decided to go back to the quilt "Sampler"

and I am making it in the "Pumpkin Pie" by Buggy Barn for Henry Glass.

So that is what I had planned and tomorrow is another Sunday...

  1. So do you usually complete your list? Maybe that's what I need to try. I keep a mental list, but perhaps writing it down would make it happen. I'll give it a try.

  3. Sounds like you have a plan, and a great one at that. Wish I could stay home all week and sew, but that never happens, I still have to go to work everyday. Someday, I can only dream!!!
