New Month!

Here we are, a new month and a new season. From what I gather from the members of the....and the sentiments expressed everywhere, is how time flies....I think it is safe to say everyone was very busy in March as was evident by the absence of posts on our blogs; but there were still an abundance of gorgeous projects made.
And now it is time to think of more projects for April! Post me your comments here that you have your projects posted on your blogs ....Those of you with no blogs, as usual e-mail me and I will post them for everyone to enjoy.
Of course we will all visit your blogs to see what you have planned and get inspired.
Again thank you everyone for your continued support .. it is so much fun sewing with all of you♥♥♥

I have not yet determined what I want to work on in April. I can tell you that it will be a shorter list than March because I don't foresee any time off this month. I also have a busy month with other commitments that are coming to the their end for the summer as well as getting the house spring cleaned and the yard ready .

I do have a confession to make... You remember my post about Miss Émilie's quilt Blossom Time? That was the one I had decided to give it a try at hand quilting it myself.. well the more I thought about it and the less I was enthused to go ahead with that project..... so what did I do? I brought to to Agnes and she did her magic.. It is absolutely gorgeous.. She quilted hearts and XXXOOO perfect for my newest grand-daughter.. I could never have done such a beautiful job... I posted a lot about Agnes so when I brought her my last quilt I asked she send me a picture so you could meet her...
Here is Agnes who does all the beautiful hand quilting on my quilts... Here she is working on my Stone Cottage.
It is a very busy week-end here but it is my favourite holiday!
Happy Easter everyone!

  11. Agnes does great work...your quilt is gorgeous! I would too! I know what I want to work on in April: I want to make 2 purses. I want to sew my tulip top together. I want to make a coupon holder. But would it be okay to hold off on my post for a couple of days? I just posted my tutorial for a bag and I want to let that get some attention before posting some more. Oh, and there is a giveaway.... guys and gals should head on over there! Happy Easter!
