December Projects

It's December girls! My favourite month and time of the year;"Christmas".

I know it is a busy time for everyone as we decorate, host get-togethers, bake....,

Apple Crêpe Cake...(my favourite dessert and the one I bring to most potlucks). and of course shop till we drop...
"Jay" had all the outdoor decorations up when I returned from Ottawa! so I got right to town and put up the inside ones. This is the first decoration I put up.
It was a BOM from "Cottage Quilting" in British Columbia, Canada called O"Tannebaum which I made in 2007. I should have taken a picture of it before I put it up because it is on a slant. It hangs on the wall where the TV is so I had to take the picture side ways. It is not noticeable in the picture but I put crystals on the tree.My village, that I adore . (A pre-Christmas gift from my girls when they were still at home.)
Because of the busy times ahead, I do not have large projects on my to-do list this month for #1. I will be doing my BOM as I stated in the previous post
#2. I will bind the quilt for the church"Love Blooms"
#3. I want to make some of Karen's Christmas Diamonds for hostesses gifts
#4. I want to finish my Birchwood Lane House
#5. of course I will be doing my...

So I will be looking for your December submissions and also your photos of your Secret Santa gifts in my e-mail so that when they are all in I will post all the Secret Santa projects for everyone to enjoy!

Happy Happy December!

  2. OMG--love all of your decorations (especially the quilt). Very pretty! And, I guess it's good we don't live closer -- I'd eat up all of your food, and probably "borrow" your pretty quilts (giggle)! Okay, I'll be back with my link for my projects once I get them posted!
