I couldn't decide how I was going to put these blocks together? The decision was a long time coming......I think I tried three different possibilities before I decided on this
I designed the appliqués strips to fit the blocks.

Winter has come and gone and I look forward to the next season. I have enjoyed sewing with all of you, this winter and now with spring literally here, I look forward to again supporting one another in the projects to come!

ReplyDeleteI am LOVING the Christmas Gift Tree. Why? Because I love Christmas Trees. I saw this in the magazine, I think I've kept it to do "sometime" and you have given me inspiration to do it SOONER rather than later.

Wow you got so much done. And they were all gorgeous!!!! The quilt you made from the magazine I have to say that I love your layout so much more than the one in the book.

Hurray! You certainly accomplished a lot. I like the way you set the blocks in a row by row setting with applique between. Makes a wonderful quilt.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I can't believe how much you got done. I have to tell you I love your "remember this pattern quilt". I like it so much better that the originial - but that's just my opinion. Good job!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! You certainly had a really productive March! I'm so upset that I had to take March off from the CGQC, but It's been really a tough month... In hindsight I didn't realize how much I really needed the time off from sewing but I did!
