All done! This is the last project for August I committed to in the Charming Girls' Quilt Club The quilting done ....again by my friend Agnes...

I choose a star designSuperb work by a 70 year young woman It's out of the frames. The quilting is all doneThe binding is sewnReady for the lap work
The label My "Sister's Star"
I named this pattern because it was designed by my sister, Simone Cooper, from Antigonish Nova Scotia.
The fabric is Tamarack Grove by Holly Taylor and this quilt will adorn my Love Seat in my family room.

  1. Absolutely beautiful. Nice design, delightful fabric, great colors, and lovely quilting.

    Thanks for sharing.

  2. WOW! I just love your (& Agnes's) work. I'm speechless!

  3. Hi Joan, You've been tagged. Check out my post for details.

  4. Enjoyed looking at your blog. I think it's great that you sew every day! I need to set a goal to do that too. I do not work outside of the home, but have many volunteer assignments, including working with addicts. It seems there's always "something" keeping me from going downstairs to quilt - even though I love it!

  5. I love your fabric choices. Pretty quilt.
