My next project

August is almost finished and things are quieting down at the Tufts household. I am back to work, so sewing is on schedule again in the mornings and some lap work in the evening. I am frantically trying to decide which projects I am going to attempt next and so the books are all out .
And there are more on the shelf... the problem is every book I open I see a project I want to make...decisions, decisions..... I am running out of book marks....
Maybe if I choose the fabric first then the pattern?
Pre-cuts are great! oooh...and there is even time for reading ...love Wanda Brunstetter's books......
Well, the decision is made.... here is my next project!
The Orange Peel Quilt
This book is also a great read.. inspired by Adelia's diary

  1. Oh my! Your books, patterns and stash look just like mine!!

  2. Wow!!! I dream one day to have a book/fabric stash like yours! I like the quilt pattern you have choosen for September.

  3. Love the stash! Now I don't feel so guilty!!.....not that I really feel guilty... Beautiful choice for your new project- what colours will you use?
