Clare Acadian Festival 2009

Yesterday was the opening mass at our church for our Acadian Festival and ... we dressed in costume....I... in Evangeline....
And Gerald in.... Gabriel costume ..

All kinds of activities going on until August 15th.. but one very interesting........ is the Quilt Show...at our church in Saulnierville ( Sacred Heart Church)

I have chosen 3 of my quilts to submit in the show....

I am voulunteering to work at the quilt show ...what a punishing task!

    OMG - you and Gerald are just TOO CUTE in those costumes--Miss Evangeline! And, I bet your quilts stole the show! Thanks for sharing all the pictures! We love eye candy!
